Sammi is a former semi-professional football player at Kitchee FC Football club. His passion for health and fitness stems from his involvement in football from a very young age in HK. However, he suffered a serious injury. After that, Sammi spent more than a year to rehab exercise. This experience made Sammi pay more attention to the importance of mobility, stability, flexibility, strength, and power, to improve physical function, and prevent injuries. Sammi hopes to help different types of clients through his own experience.
Targeting technique and efficiency of movement. He believes that improving balances in everyday posture will result in improvement of mobility and functional strength, allowing for optimization of conditioning and body composition.
